Part 1: Renovation Of The Surface Of Public Municipal Road No. 107137 O – Ul. Poprzeczna, Located On Plot No. 82 In Głuchołazy, Approx. 178 M Long. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Works Related To The Milling Of The Existing Asphalt Surface. Approximately 1,192.20 M2 Of Bitumen Surface With An Average Thickness Of 4 Cm Is Planned For Cold Milling. 2) Vertical Adjustment Of The Existing 36 Pcs Of Manholes For Water And Gas Valves - Gate Valves3) Vertical Adjustment Of The Existing 18 Pcs Of Manholes For Sewer Manholes4) Vertical Adjustment Of The Existing 6 Pcs Of Storm Drain Grates 5) Preparation Of The Surface For Laying The Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course .The Surface Should Be Prepared For Asphalting By Cleaning It Mechanically And Sprinkling It With Asphalt Emulsion. 6) Construction Of A Wearing Course Thickness. 4 Cm Of Asphalt Concretethe Wearing Course Should Be Spread Over The Width Of The Road Without Longitudinal Joints, Made Of Ac11s Asphalt Concrete With A Layer Thickness After Compaction Of At Least 4 Cm7) Preparation And Installation Of 2 Pieces Of Information Boards With Content Regarding The Investment Being Implemented (The Template And Content Should Be Agreed With The Investor) . The Information Board Must Have Dimensions Of 120X90 Cm And Be Mounted On 2 Galvanized Steel Posts (Pipe) Fi 60/3 Mm, Length 3.5 M Each. The Board Must Be Made Of Galvanized Steel Sheet On A Frame Made Of Steel Sections. The Content Agreed With The Investor Is To Be Printed On Advertising Foil (Resistant To External Weather Conditions And Uv Rays) And Pasted On A Previously Prepared Board. Note: The Place Of Depositing The Reclaimed Asphalt Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within 1 Km From The Place Of Works3.
