The Offered Item Of Sale Should Be Brand New, Unused, Come From Current Production (I.E. Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2023), And Be Compatible With The Above-Mentioned. X-Ray Diffractometer (Included In The Ordering Partys Equipment) And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing Them To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Parts Together With Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing Them To The Ordering Partys Premises, As Well As Assembly And Installation Of Parts In The Rigaku Denki D/Max Rapid Ii X-Ray Diffractometer Used By The Ordering Party, Together With Starting The Diffractometer After Replacing The Part On The Day Of Delivery Of The Item Of Sale .
