Prequalifications are invited for Supply and Delivery of Hygiene Kits e.g Jerry Cans, Soaps, Aqua Tabs (Qalabka Nadaafadda) and Sanitation Tools/Item e.g Wheelbarrows, Shovel, Brooms, Rakes etc (Qalabka Fayadhowrka /Sheyga). Interested suppliers who wish to submit their proposal should meet the below listed requirements: Fully completed tender prequalification documents. § Administrative requirements- To be eligible, the interested firms must provide copies of the list of mandatory valid business licence to be submitted with the prequalification documents. § Valid licenses from and Ministry of commerce (supplies and service provision) § Valid licenses from SFG Ministry of Public Works, (Construction & drilling) § Original valid tax Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Finance § Valid licenses for local municipality/authority. § NRC will conduct site visit for the shortlisted companies. § Company office (existence) and structure. § Bank statement for the last 6 months. § Verifiable evidence for similar works/services, attached recommendation letter, PO/ contracts from previous organizations served.
