Prequalifications are invited for Supply and Delivery of Ict Equipment, Tools and Accessories i.e Computers (Desktops and Laptop), Scanners, Photocopy Machine, Printers, Camera, Tvs, Telephone Heads, Mobile Phones Etc. Interested suppliers who wish to submit their proposal should meet the below listed requirements: Fully completed tender prequalification documents. § Administrative requirements- To be eligible, the interested firms must provide copies of the list of mandatory valid business licence to be submitted with the prequalification documents. § Valid licenses from and Ministry of commerce (supplies and service provision) § Valid licenses from SFG Ministry of Public Works, (Construction & drilling) § Original valid tax Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Finance § Valid licenses for local municipality/authority. § NRC will conduct site visit for the shortlisted companies. § Company office (existence) and structure. § Bank statement for the last 6 months. § Verifiable evidence for similar works/services, attached recommendation letter, PO/ contracts from previous organizations served.
