In 2025. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Electricity In The Total Estimated Amount: 22,285 Mwh. 2) Electricity Supplies Will Be Carried Out: A) For Consumption Points - Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz; B) For Own Needs And For Resale, With The Forecast Amount Of Electricity Purchased Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz; C) Successively Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party; 3) The Division Of The Amount Of Electricity For Calculating An Energy Invoice For Own Needs And For Further Resale Will Be Based On The Declaration Sent To The Contractor By The Ordering Party For A Given Settlement Period. 4) Under The Concluded Energy Sales Agreement, The Contractor Is Responsible For Commercial Balancing Of Electricity. 5) The Ordering Party Is Not The Final Buyer Under The Excise Duty Act And The Contractor Is Obliged To Sell Electricity For The Ordering Partys Needs Free Of Excise Duty. 6) The Amount Of Electricity Specified In Point 1) Is An Estimated (Forecast) Amount, And The Projected Electricity Consumption Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz Is An Element Used To Select The Most Advantageous Offer And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amounts.
