The Framework Agreement Will Be A Voluntary Agreement. Customers Who Can Use The Framework Agreement Thus Basically Have A Right To - But Not An Obligation To - Use The Framework Agreement. It Is Described In Annex A Of The Framework Agreement Which Customers Can Use The Agreement. The Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of It Consultants For Performing It Consultancy Services, As Well As, In Direct Extension Of This, It Advice. The Framework Agreement Includes 14 Service Areas, Which Are Divided Into Mandatory Service Areas Within Which The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer Competences, And Optional Service Areas Within Which The Supplier Can Offer Competences. However, The Applicant/Tenderer Must At Least Offer An Optional Service Area. The Mandatory Service Areas Include: 7. Project And Program Management 8. Data Processing 10. Advice On Software Licenses Each Service Area Is Divided Into Smaller Sub-Areas That Relate To The Overall Performance Area. Under Each Sub-Area There Are Sub-Areas And Including Services. The Service Areas Are Described In The Framework Agreements Appendix B. The Customers Use The Framework Agreement By Directly Awarding Supply Contracts For The Purchase Of Consulting Services Within It Consultancy, Cf. The Framework Agreements Appendix D.
