The Maximilian Kolbe School Was Built Around 1975 As A Reinforced Concrete Skeleton Construction (Tt Beam Ceilings On The Ground Floor And Upper Floors) Or Reinforced Concrete/Masonry Construction (Basement Floor) With Non-Load-Bearing System Partition Walls (So-Called Mechel Walls) As Interior Walls And A Curtain Post-And-Beam Façade. The Building Has 5 Floors (Ug-3Rd Floor) And A Technical Floor. Due To Its Age, There Are Deficits In The Building In Terms Of Building Services, Fire Protection, Energy Balance, Etc., Which Are To Be Remedied During The Renovation. The Renovation, Upgrade And Conversion Will Be Carried Out In 3 Construction Phases. In The Second Construction Phase Currently Underway, The Painting And Varnishing Work As Well As The Coating Work Is To Be Carried Out On The 2Nd And 3Rd Floors As Well As In The Stairwells And In The Basement. In Total There Are Approx. 1,850 M² Of Interior Walls On Newly Constructed Drywall Walls With Plasterboard Or Cement-Bonded Panels, Approx. 280 M² Of Brick Plaster Walls, Approx. 400 M² Of Exposed Brickwork And Approx. 150 M Of Railing Coatings. Approximately 21 Fire Doors In The Basement Also Need To Be Coated.
