The University Of Toronto Is Seeking Responses To This Rfp From Qualified Ipd Trade Contractors (Or Teams Of Contractors) Who Can Fulfil The Following Role:Aluminum, Glass & Glazing Trade Contractor (Division 8)Successful Proponents Will Provide Services Relating To The New Temerty Building For The Temerty Faculty Of Medicine At The St. George Campus. This Project Is Being Delivered Via The Integrated Project Delivery (Ipd) Method Using The Cccd 30-2018 Contract With Supplementary Conditions. The Successful Proponents Will Become Ipd Parties In The Project With The Owner, Ipd Designers, Ipd Contractor, Ipd Major Mechanical & Electrical Trades, And Ipd Concrete Formwork Trade And As Pursuant To The Terms Of The Agreement. Other Ipd Parties Will Be Appropriately Identified And Selected After This Process Is Completed With The Successful Proponent&Rsquo;S Participation.
