The Implementation Of Aerial Ungulate Surveys (Aus) For The Delivery Of The Wildlife Management Program Has Been An Essential Component To The Evidence-Based Management Of Big Game Species In Alberta For Several Decades. These Surveys Provide Point Estimates Of Population Size, Demographic Ratios, And Distribution Of Populations Throughout Each Management Area. The Surveys Will Involve Low Level Flying And Circling On Individual Or Groups Of Pronghorn Antelope. The Contractor Must Supply A Suitable Aircraft And A Competent Survey Pilot With Demonstrated Competency In Aerial Wildlife Surveys.
