Scope Of The Task: - Covering Works - Façade - Flooring Works - Carpentry - Sanitary Installation - Ventilation - Electrical Installation - Cleaning Works In Addition To The Works Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To, Within The Scope Of The Proposed Estimate Price, Performing Other Accompanying Works, In Particular: 1. Ensuring Access To And Access To The Pitches Located Within The Locker Room Building In Krobia At Ul. Targowa 9.2. Appropriate Marking And Securing Of The Work Site During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Until The Completion Of The Works And Final Acceptance.3. Organize And Carry Out The Necessary Tests, Measurements, Examinations And Acceptances.4. Maintaining Regular Cleanliness At The Work Site.5. Removal Of Post-Demolition Materials - Disposal Of Generated Waste In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste.6. Tidying Up And Restoring The Area And Parts Of The Facilities To Their Original Condition After Completion Of The Works.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Final Acceptance: Test And Measurement Reports, Certificates And Approvals.8. Incurring Other Possible Costs Which, According To The Knowledge And Assessment Of The Contractor (Made With The Utmost Professional Care), Must Be Incurred In Connection With The Execution Of The Order. The Contractors Obligations Also Include: 1. Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site From The Ordering Party.2. Removing, Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party, Any Irregularities Found.3. Organizing The Works In Consultation With The Investor So That There Are No Unnecessary Interruptions In The Implementation Of The Works.4. Commencement Of Works Immediately From The Date Set For Commencement Of Works.5. Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules.6. Removing People And Equipment Unrelated To The Task From The Work Site.7. Making Corrections Or Re-Performing Faulty Works Within The Deadlines Specified By The Investor,8. Participation In Organized Construction Councils Regarding The Progress Of Works And Technical Decisions On Construction Matters In Progress, In Which Representatives Of The Parties Involved In The Implementation Of The Investment Task Take Part.
