In The Area Covered By The Study, There Is Currently A Multi-Family Residential Building Scheduled For Demolition. The Facility Is Listed At Number 248 In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And Is Located In The Area Of ​​The Historic Urban-Architectural Complex And Cultural Layers Of The City Of Płock At Number 51/182/59 W. The L-Shaped Building Consists Of Two Wings: The Main Wing From Street 1 Maja And The Wings From Ul. Sienkiewicza. A Multi-Family Residential Building Was Designed, Resembling The Shape Of The Original Building. Facade From The Street 1 Maja And Ul. Sienkiewicza In Terms Of The First Two Above-Ground Floors Was Reconstructed On The Basis Of An Architectural Inventory. Two Additional Floors Were Designed. The Arrangement Of Window Openings And Architectural Elements On The Third Floor Refers To The Arrangement Of The Facades Of The Lower (Reconstruction) Floors. The Last Floor (Attic) Was Designed In A Way That Distinguishes It From The Others, Covered With Standing Seam Sheet Metal, Has Spacious Terraces And Glazing. There Are Two Staircases On The Courtyard Side, Distinguished By Their Window Joinery. On The Ground Floor There Are 4 Parking Spaces, Technical Rooms, A Garbage Room And Entrances To The Building. The First Above-Ground Floor On The Courtyard Side Was Separated With Facade Material, And Both Facades Were Designed With Architectural Details Referring To The Architectural Style Of The Facade Of The Original Building.
