3.1. The Order Covers The Construction Of A Football Pitch At Ul. Kopernika Together With Warm-Up Facilities In The Design And Build Formula, Along With Obtaining A Decision Approving The Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit. The Area Where The Pitch Is To Be Built Is A Flood Area, Located At Ul. Kopernika On Registration Plots No.: 359/15, 359/29, 359/31, 359/34, 359/35, 359/24. There Are Also Some Registered Plots Available For The Impassable Building Line No.: 403/1, 403/3, 403/4. The Municipality Of Płońsk Has The Right To Dispose Of The Above-Mentioned Properties That Are Not The Property Of The Municipality. Currently, There Is A Football Pitch With A Natural Grass Surface And Two Goals. By The Above-Mentioned There Is A Heating Connection On The Plot (In Accordance With Annex No. 7 To The Swz) And A Mv Line - Reconstruction And Arrangements With Energa-Operator Should Be Taken Into Account. Stage I - Design Includes The Development Of Technical Documentation For The Construction Of A Football Pitch With Warm-Up Facilities With A Synthetic Surface On The Foundation And Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Along With Other Accompanying Infrastructure. As Part Of The Preparation Of The Documentation, The Contractor Will Ensure That All Necessary Works Preceding The Design Process Are Carried Out, Including: Obtaining Other Decisions, Consents, Permits, Arrangements And Conditions Enabling The Implementation Of The Planned Investment, Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Covered By The Project.
