The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Student Club Along With Internal Installations In The Building Of The Secondary School Of 2Nd Polish Army In Trzebnica. 2. As Part Of The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Student Club Along With Internal Installations, The Following Works Will Be Performed: 1) Dismantling Walls Made Of Aerated Concrete Blocks In Buildings Up To 9 M High With Cement And Lime Mortar; 2) Dismantling The Wall Cladding Made Of Plasterboards Cardboard;3) Careful Disassembly Of Wooden, Board Or Slatted Wainscoting;4) Dismantling Of Stone Wall Cladding Along With The Dummy Fireplace;5) Dismantling Of Subfloors;6) Dismantling Of Wooden Floors;7) Dismantling Of Tile Floors;8) Removing Uneven Concrete Cutting Depth Of 1 Cm On Walls Or Floors;9) Scraping And Washing Off Old Paint In Rooms;10) Supplementing Ordinary Internal Plasters;11) Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboards On A Single Supporting Structure, Covered On Both Sides;12) Inspection And Unclogging Of Chimneys Ventilation;13) Forging Holes For Ventilation Grates In The Walls;14) Internal Full Single-Leaf Plate Door Leaves, Factory Finished; 15) Ordinary Wooden Door Frames; 16) Installing Door Handles With Rosettes In The New Place; 17) Painting Internal Surfaces - Gypsum Substrates With Primer - Twice With Emulsion Paints; 18) Floors Made Of Plastic Carpets - Vinyl Floor Imitating Wood;19) Wall Cladding Made Of Horizontal Lamellas;20) Facing Walls With Glazed Tiles;21) Electrical Works;3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That Not Dividing The Order Into Parts Is More Advantageous, Taking Into Account Better Communication And Coordination Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party. Any Coordination Of Activities By The Ordering Party Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Order On Time. This Could Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties And Additional Costs Of Contract Execution Also Related To The Creation Of Work Facilities, Which May Also Result In An Increase In The Costs Of Contract Execution. Despite The Lack Of Division, The Order May Be Performed By Contractors Belonging To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Smes). 5.
