Mr. Kleks Academy In Łódź Divided Into 2 Stages.2. The Scope Of Renovation Works Planned To Be Carried Out In 2024 (Hereinafter Referred To As Stage 1 Or - Basic Order) Includes, Among Others: 2.1. Demolition Of Existing Partition Walls In The Social Area;2.2. Construction Of New Partition Walls And Interior Finishing; 2.3. Modernization Of Central Heating And Water And Sewage Installations In The Room And In The Social Facilities;2.4. Modernization Of The Electrical Installation In The Room And In The Social Area;2.5. Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation In The Social Area; 2.6. Installation Of New Doors And Windows In The Social Area3. The Scope Of Renovation Works Planned To Be Carried Out In 2025 (Hereinafter Referred To As Stage 2 Or - Additional (Optional) Order) Includes, Among Others: 3.1. Repairing And Painting Internal Plasters In The Gymnasium;3.2. Replacement Of The Floor In The Gymnasium;3.3. Thermal Modernization Of 3 Walls And The Roof Of The Gymnasium; 3.4. Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery In The Gymnasium3.5. Installation Of A Lightning Protection System. The Ordering Party, Under The Option Right, Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing Stage 2 On The Terms Specified In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement (Ipu), The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Option Order Will Be Placed By The Ordering Party Submitting A Unilateral Declaration Of Will. Such A Declaration Will Be Submitted No Later Than March 15, 2025.
