The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport To Ensure Traffic Service By Regional Transport Trains In The Territory Of The Moravian-Silesian Region For The Duration From The Beginning Of The Validity Of The Timetable 2027/2028 To The End Of The Validity Of The Timetable 2035, With The Possibility Of Extension Until The End Of The Validity Of The Timetable Of Order 2037, I.E. In The Length Of 8, Respectively 10 Years. In Relation To The High Degree Of Uncertainty Regarding The Determination Of The Date And Phasing Of The Electrification Of Key Track Sections To The Set Date Of 12/2027 In The Beskydy Operating Group, The Moravian-Silesian Region Will, In Order To Ensure Transport Performance In The Beskydy Operating Group, Request The Carrier To Include Vehicles In Motor Traction With A Reserved Possible Transition To Traction Electric Or Provision Of Alternative Drive Vehicles.
