The Total Value Without Vat For Technical Service For 24 /Twenty-Four/ Months, Of Air-Conditioning Equipment, Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations And Their Equipment Cannot Exceed The Sum Of Bgn 97,000.00 /Ninety-Seven Thousand/ Without Vat Included. The Maximum Allowable Value For The Execution Of The Order Is Bgn 160,000.00 /One Hundred And Sixty Thousand/ Excluding Vat/Total For Prevention, Repair Work, Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables/. Guarantee For Performance Of The Contract - Upon Signing The Contract, The Contractor Selected Must Submit A Guarantee For The Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of Bgn 6,400 /Six Thousand And Four Hundred/, Representing 4% Of The Maximum Permissible Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat, Which Is Reimburses Within 30 /Thirty/ Days After The Conclusion Of The Contract And The Final Acceptance Of The Services In Full, If There Are No Grounds For Withholding Any Amount Under It.
