The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2022.1385, Consolidated Text Of 2022/07/01), Hereinafter Referred To As The Sale Of Electricity, In An Estimated Amount Of 3,296,329 Kwh For The Existing And Planned To Be Connected Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In These Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. 2. The List Of Consumption Points, Which Describes The Data Identifying The Electricity Consumption Points (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppe), Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3.
