The data management system should enable the following: Efficiently enable tracking energy usage at all Hutt City Council sites Enable identification of energy and cost reduction opportunities at its facilities and assets. Aid in effectively reporting and tracking Hutt City Councils emissions. Where possible, provide a mechanism to collect and track data from HCC contractors.
