Expression of Interest are invited for Events decor, venues, stage set ups. BPC is in the process of updating its supplier database. which will be used for the next two years to procure services, goods, equipment, and works that fall within the threshold of WP 500,000.00 and below. Therefore. BPC extends an invitation to interested 100% citizen-owned companies to register for the provision of the services, goods, equipment and works. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS The items listed below must be submitted in order for a supplier to be registered In the BPC database: a. A cover letter detailing the types of services/products the company wishes to be listed for. b. Company Profile Certificate of Incorporation d. PPRA Codes relevant to the service or products e. Business license e.g. trading or manufacturing license E CIPA Registration extract g- Company directors and shareholders Identity cards (Omang) h. VAT Registration certificate i. Valid TAX Clearance Certificate j. Accreditation Certificate (where applicable) k. Letter from the bank confirming bank account l.
