Caw Student Centre Bas Modernization . Project Background And Overall Objectives &Bull; The Building Automation System In The Caw Student Centre Is A Project Designed To Upgrade The Hvac Controls In The Building And Upgrading The University Front Control System To A Niagara Platform. &Bull; This Building Is An Existing Student Community Centre With Facilities Such As Dining Area, Study Lounge, Auditorium, Student Committee Offices, Radio Station, Pharmacy, Prayer Room, Food Court, Bookstore, Dental Clinic, Etc. There Are Four Mechanical Plantrooms, An Emergency Generator Room And Two Electrical Rooms Supporting The Building. The Plantrooms Are Divided Across The North And South Of The Building With A Mechanical Penthouse On Each Direction And Other Two In Basements. The Generator Set And Electrical Rooms Are Also Located In The Basements. The Project Is Designed To Upgrade For The Existing Building Automation Controls From Pneumatic To Ddc. The Project Is To Be Completed In Two Phases.
