From A Technical And Administrative Point Of View, The Performance Of Activities Specific To The Administration And Operation Of The Aquatic Complex - Pantelimon Park, According To The Specifications, Involves: • Managerial Administration Of The Aquatic Complex - Pantelimon Park • Administration And Operation Of The Pools • Administration And Operation Of The Swimming Areas Public Catering • Administration, Operation And Exploitation Of The Beach With A Deck And Sand • Administration Of The Organization Of Socio-Cultural Shows/Events • Administration, Operation And Exploitation Of The Artificial Skating Rink • Administration, Operation And Exploitation Of Access Roads And Outdoor Spaces The Deadline By Which Any Operator Economically Interested In Participating In The Procedure For Awarding The Concession Contract Has The Right To Request Clarification Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Deadline In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Is The 16Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art 49 Paragraph 3 Of Hg 867/2016: When Establishing The Duration Of The Contract Regarding The Delegation Of The Management Of The Management And Operation Of The Aquatic Complex Pantelimon Park, The Period Necessary To Recover The Investments Made By The Operator Who Was Entrusted With The Service Was Also Taken Into Account As Well As The Possibility Of Making A Reasonable Profit (7%).
