Construction Management Services – Project Management Entitled: Extension Of Provincial Road No. 102 On The Trzebiatów - Kołobrzeg Section. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Project Management Services Entitled: Extension Of Provincial Road No. 102 On The Trzebiatów - Kołobrzeg Section. 2. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 30 Supervisions And 70 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 102 From The Railway Crossing To Ul. Kołobrzeska In The Town Of Trzebiatów To The Culvert At Km 89+200 Towards The Town Of Kołobrzeg, Approx. 21.6 Km Long, And Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface, Which Will Start With The Railway Crossing On Ul. Kołobrzeska, And Will End Before The Niepodległości Roundabout In Trzebiatów. The Length Of The Rebuilt Section Between Trzebiatów And Kołobrzeg Will Be Approximately 21.6 Km, And The Renovation In Trzebiatów Will Cover Approximately 650 M Of Surface. The Total Length Of Both Sections Is Approximately 22.25 Km. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Reconstruction, Expansion And Strengthening Of The Provincial Road Road, 2) Construction Of Traffic Calming Elements, 3) Construction Of Culverts, 4) Construction Of Sidewalks, Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Bus Bays, 5) Construction Of Road Lighting , 6) Removing Collisions With External Infrastructure, 7) Regulating Underground Infrastructure Devices, 8) Demolition Works, 9) Cutting Down Conflicting Trees And Bushes And Installing New Plantings, 10) Constructing Roadsides, 11) Installing Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Protective Barriers And Devices Protecting Pedestrians.
