Supply, Installation, Scheduled Ordinary, Periodic And Extraordinary Maintenance, Within The “Cà Asprete, Tavullia (Pu)” Plant Hub, Of 7 Machines, Ce Certified, Consisting Of Automated Stations For The Collection (Each) Of At Least 12 Landfill Biogas Collection Lines Coming From Suction Wells Built In The Waste Body. In Particular, The Contract Has As Its Object: Supply, Installation, Scheduled Ordinary, Periodic And Extraordinary Maintenance, Within The “Cà” Plant Hub Asprete, Tavullia (Pu)”, With 7 Machines, Ce Certified, Consisting Of Automated Stations For The Collection (Each) Of At Least 12 Landfill Biogas Collection Lines Coming From Suction Wells Built In The Waste Body. The Machines Must Be Equipped With An Automation System That Carries Out The Qualitative-Quantitative Monitoring Of The Extracted Biogas And The Consequent Regulation Of The Amount Of Flows Sucked From Each Collection Line Through Automatically Controlled Valves, As Well As Allowing The Possibility Of Control And Regulation Of The Operating Parameters Remotely. The Main Components Of The Installation Must Be Made Of Materials Suitable For Exposure To Aggressive And Corrosive Environments, Such As High Density Polyethylene Or Stainless Steel. The Biogas Analysis And Control/Data Acquisition Systems Must Be Positioned Directly On The Automated Station (Not Remote). Minimum Technical Participation Requirements That The Machines Must Possess: 1. Ability To Analyze And Record, Both On The Individual Collection Lines And On The Main Collector, At Least The Following Components/Parameters Of The Aspirated Biogas: Ch4, O2, Pressure, Flow Rate, Temperature ; 2. The Consequent Regulation Carried Out Through The Automation Of The Opening/Partitioning/Closing Valves Of Each Collection Line Must Take Place With A Frequency Of No Less Than 2/Hour.
