Engineering Services – Restoration Of The 100-Year Flood Protection On The Alb For The Cities Of Ettlingen And Karlsruhe. The Aim Of The Project Is, Within The Meaning Of The Eu Flood Risk Management Directive, To Counteract Adverse Flood Consequences For The Protected Assets In Accordance With Section 73 Of The Water Resources Act, Such As Human Health, The Environment, Cultural Heritage, Economic Activities And Significant Material Assets. The Following Services Are The Subject Of This Tender: (1) Context-Related Consulting And Support Services (2) Changes Resulting From Planning Adjustments And Requirements Of The Plan Approval Decision Compared To The Existing Geotechnical Reports, Which Are In Accordance With The Hoai 2013 Service Profile, Appendix 1, Paragraph 1.3 Geotechnics, Item 1.3.3 Geotechnical Service Profile, Basic Services Paragraph 3 A) To C). The Planning And Consulting Services Required To Realize The Overall Project, Such As Object Planning, Structural Planning, Planning For The Technical Equipment And Landscape Planning Services, Were Tendered In Separate Procurement Procedures. These Services Are Therefore Not The Subject Of This Award. The Project Is Being Carried Out Jointly By The Cities Of Ettlingen And Karlsruhe, With The City Of Ettlingen Taking The Lead In Carrying Out The Procurement Process And Concluding The Contract. It Therefore Becomes The Contractual Partner And Invoice Recipient Of The Future Contractor.
