Heating Works – Creation Of The La Grande Motte Thalassothermal Network (34) - Framework Agreement Relating To The Provision Of Process Work In Climate Engineering. Dalkia Has Been Awarded The Creation Of A Heat And Cold Production And Distribution Network Over Part Of The Territory Of The City Of La Grande Motte. The Project Includes The Creation Of A Hot And Cold Network By Thalassothermy: Pumping Of Sea Water And Heat Exchange From A Pumping Station To Be Created, Located In The Parking Lot Near The Harbor Masters Office; Tempered Water Distribution Network From The Pumping Station To The Building Substations Via Buried Hdpe Network; Production Of Heat, Dhw And In Some Cases Cold By Decentralized Heat Pumps, Installed In Building Substations. The Scope Of This Consultation Concerns Only The Substation Part Which Will Be Made Up Of Approximately 12 Subsequent Contracts. Of These 12 Markets, 4 Are Grouped Into Islands Including A Production Substation And A Few Delivery Substations By Exchangers (3 Maximum). The Heat Pumps Are Supplied By Dalkia, With Unit Heating Power Ranging From 125 To 400 Kw. For Information Purposes, The Contract Holders Must Carry Out The Following Non-Exhaustive Services As A Whole: 1) Execution Studies And Site Plan; 2) Neutralization, Dismantling And Evacuation Of Existing Equipment; 3) Bringing The Premises Into Conformity (Small Secondary Work Services), Which May Include Replacement Of Ventilation And Carpentry; 4) Possible Asbestos Removal Operations Depending On The Asbestos Gases Carried Out And Supplied By Dalkia; 5) All Piping Work With Supply Of All Equipment, Valves, Supports, Etc... With The Exception Of Heat Pumps; 6) Insulation; 7) All Cfo / Cfa Services From Enedis Delivery Station; 8) Automation / Regulation / Programming / Bms. A Representative Schematic Diagram Of 4 Island Delivery Points Is Available On The Buyer Profile. Only The Colored Parts Need To Be Made. The Pipes Between Substations Are Not Covered By The Service.
