1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Municipal Nursery No. 2 In Walendów.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Nursery Building In Walendów, Plot No. 137/18, Together With The Development Of The External Area. The New Building Will Accommodate Approximately 112 Children And Approximately 20 Staff. It Is Planned To Design 6 Rooms For Group Classes, Each Of Which Should Have Its Own Toilet For Children. In Addition To The Group Activity Rooms, There Are Administrative Rooms, Locker Rooms, Two Individual Classes Rooms, A Sensory Integration Room, A Kitchen, Social, Sanitary And Technical Rooms And A Boiler Room. The Facility Also Has A Hall For Organizing Special Meetings. The Project Provides Access For Disabled People To All Teaching Rooms. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Development Of The Area Around The Nursery Building: Construction Of A Playground, Access Roads And Parking Spaces, A Garden Gazebo, Fencing And Landscaping. Approximate Technical Parameters Of The Building - Building Area Approx. 1,630 M2.3. The Order Is Co-Financed By The National Recovery And Resilience Plan.
