The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party, In Accordance With § 8 Of The Agreement, A Quality Guarantee For The Works Performed And Installed Devices.5. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Warranty Rights For Defects For A Period Of 5 (Five) Years.6.
