Tenders Are Invited For Beam Plus Existing Buildings Consultancy Services For Project H19

Tenders are invited for BEAM Plus Existing Buildings Consultancy Services for Project H19. The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 27 June 2024 (the Closing Date). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender at all, and is not bound to award the tender to any company. In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authoritys office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authoritys office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authoritys website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
