The Subject Of The Performance Of This Order Is The Supply Of Gastro Equipment In The Scope And Under The Conditions According To Annex No. 3 Of The Purchase Agreement And Its Annexes. The Technical Parameters Of The Requested Performance Are Defined With The Fact That The Contracting Authority Allows Their Modification While Maintaining The Principle That Performance And Range (Qualitative) Parameters Are Set As Minimum, Power Consumption Are Set As Maximum And Dimensional And Weight Parameters As Recommended, If Not Specified For A Specific Parameter Something Else, With The Tolerance Specified In The Contract So That The Filling Can Be Installed In The Place Designated For This Equipment. When Supplying Gastro Equipment, The Supplier Must In Particular Respect The Dispositions Indicated In The Drawings Of The Project Documentation And The Specification Of Equipment Items, Which Also Implies Consideration Of Any Existing Equipment Of The Client, Its Dimensions And The Need For Its Reassembly Or Placement. The Client Explicitly States That The Dimensions Of The Individual Devices Are Understood As Recommended, With The Fact That Their Modification Is Possible So That All The Delivered Device Fits Into The Defined Space And Its Purpose Of Use Is Preserved (Suppliers Cannot Propose To Deliver Such A Design That Is Not In Some Part Fulfill Its Purpose). This Contract Also Includes Transport, Assembly, Commissioning And Operator Training At The Place Designated By The Client. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Order Will Be Delivered Complete And Will Contain All The Parts Required For Flawless Operation. Only Original (Non-Refurbished) Components Will Be Used In The Performance. The Technical Specification Sets The Basis For The Minimum Requirements For Function, Performance, Service Life, Etc. Delivery Of Gastro Equipment Is Required, Including Transport, Installation And Assembly Of Individual Parts, If Appropriate.
