The Current Agreement For Accounting Services Expired At The End Of 2022 And Was Extended For Two Years Up To And Including The 2024 Annual Accounts. The Current Agreement Expires On December 31, 2025. Pursuant To The Province Act (Article 217), Ps Appoints An Accountant Who Is Responsible For Auditing The Annual Accounts And Providing An Auditors Report And Issuing A Report Of Findings. Ps Therefore Wants A New Service Agreement With One Accountant. The (New) Incoming Accountant Will Have To Issue The Auditors Report For 2025 In June 2026. In Mid-2025, Gs May Also Request Advice From The Accountant. The Accountant Submits A Budget Letter Annually (After The Summer), Which Includes The Estimated Number Of Hours, The (Indexed) Rates For The Audit And The Associated Fee. The Accountant Also Provides An Estimate Of The Costs Of The Audit Of The Various Specific Benefits (Spuks) That Are Included In The Sisa Appendix To The Annual Accounts. If The Accountant Determines During The Performance Of The Audit That The Estimated Number Of Hours Is Not Appropriate, He Will Immediately Inform The Audit Committee And The Audit Committee Will, After Discussing This With The Accountant, Give Permission To Record And Charge The Hours. The Optional Additional Assignments From The Provincial Executive Amount To Approximately € 100,000 Annually And It Audits Include An Annual Amount Of Approximately € 50,000. The Size Mentioned Above Is Only Intended As An Indication, The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat.
