This Procurement Procedure Should Provide A Selected Contractor Who Should Perform The Following Scope Of Activities: ●Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase And Implementation Of Authors Supervision During Construction. The Contractors Design Team Is Obliged To Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction On All Parts Of The Project, According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. The Designer Of The Relevant Part Must Be Present At The Drawing Up Of All Acts And Protocols Requiring The Participation Of A Designer, Mandatory According To The Category Of Construction, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 07/31/2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. ● Implementation Of The Planned Construction And Installation Works, According To The Prepared Project Documentation. The Warranty Terms For Each Object Are According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07. 2003 For The Commissioning Of The Construction Sites In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And The Same Start To Flow From The Date Of The Commissioning Of The Construction Sites.
