The Upgrade (Upgrade) Of Components From The Avionics And Systems Of The S-27J Spartan Aircraft Represents The Replacement Of Part Of The Existing Equipment With A New Type, With Updated Characteristics And Its Integration On The Aircraft, And Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Upgrade Of Avionics Components And Systems And Their Integration On The S-27J Spartan Aircraft, Including The Activities Described In Item 2.2.1. From Tc L22.4300.23-Uvo, As It Is Mandatory To Cover The New Rules And Regulations For Air Traffic Control And Compliance With Nato Requirements, According To Item 1.2. From Tc L22.4300.23-Uvo. 2. Unplanned Replacement Of Technically Faulty (Defective) Equipment During Operation According To Appendix No. 1 Of Ts L22.4300.23-Uvo, Until Handover Of The Aircraft For Carrying Out The Activities Under Item 2.2.1. From Tc L22.4300.23-Uvo. The Retrofitting Is Carried Out According To Up-To-Date Service Bulletins Delivered By The Contractor. 3. Delivery Of The Control And Measurement Equipment (Kia) And Control And Verification Equipment (Kpa) Necessary For The Operation Of The Upgraded Components Of The Avionics And Systems And Their Integration On The S-27J Spartan Aircraft. 4. Update Of The Technical Documentation For The Replaced Components Of The Avionics And Systems Of The S-27J Spartan Aircraft. 5. Training Of Flight And Aviation Engineering And Technical Staff (Aits).
