All Technically Legally Competent Natural Persons Involved In The Object Of The Order Must Be Included In The List Of Legally Competent Natural Persons, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Issued Certificate For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Construction Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut.
