Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Preparation The Project Management Unit-2 (PMU-2) within MPWT now invites eligible consultant firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: 1. The Consultant firm or firms in the case of a joint venture, must specialize in sanitation systems design, construction supervision and contract management. 2. The Consultant firm or firms should have a minimum of 15 years of international experience in the water supply and sanitation sector and have completed at least 2 similar assignments in the last 7 years. 3. Experience in Cambodia or in Southeast Asia and Pacific region at least 1 similar assignment; and knowledge of World Bank procurement procedures and contract management issues is desirable. 4. Experience of developing communication for uptake of sewer connections at least 1 assignment is desirable. 5. Experience of developing non-sewered fecal sludge management systems at least 1 assignment is a plus.
