The Investment Includes: Expansion Of The Building On The Eastern Side (Including Toilets For Spectators), Renovation Of The Players Locker Room And Toilet, Separation Of A Toilet And Coaches Shower, Insulation Of The External Walls And The Flat Roof Of The Building, Replacement Of Window Joinery And Door, General Renovation Of Rooms In The Club Building (Including Laundry Room, Conference Room, Utility Rooms, Teaching Rooms), Replacement Of Electrical Installations In The Building, Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations. In The Building, Replacing The Central Heating Installation Together With The Construction Of A New Heat Source In The Building, Installation Of Photovoltaics. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes, Among Others, Making And Placing An Information Board Regarding The Source Of Financing For The Investment, Geodetic Marking Out And Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Carrying Out Tests And Technological Start-Up Of The Boiler Room, Preparing All Operating Instructions And Dtr Of Devices And Training Employees Indicated By The User, Preparing A Building Energy Performance Certificate, Preparing Fire Protection Instructions . With The Evacuation Plan, Instructions For Use And Operation Of The Facility, Necessary Inspections To Obtain An Occupancy Permit (State Sanitary Inspectorate And State Fire Service).3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By: Construction Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities - Constituting Annexes To This Swz.4. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To This Swz Are Only Auxiliary Material For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order.5. All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity Or Other Documents Confirming Their Acceptability For Marketing And General Use In Construction, And Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party Represented By The Supervision Inspector Of A Given Industry. 6.
