The Subject Of The Order Are Construction And Installation Works In The Scope Of Renovation And Construction Works Of The Facility In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Bills Of Quantities. The Material Scope Includes: Construction Works (Construction Of Subfloors, Floors, Partition Walls, Windows And Doors, Balustrades, Facades And Finishing Works), Construction Of Connections, Construction Of Electrical Installations, Construction Of Sanitary Installations. 2. Information And Commemorative Boards – 1 Set. In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Co-Financing Institution Under The Polish Order Program. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As Bills Of Quantities. The Investment Is Co-Financed By The Government Program Of The Polish Governance Fund, Strategic Investment Program3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Preparation And Approval Of The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Traffic Management On Roads And Supervising This Management (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784);2) Obtaining Administrative Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Including Putting The Facility Into Use3) Securing The Area Where Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site);4) Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Works;5) Post-Construction Surveying Inventory;6) Collecting And Handing Over To The Ordering Party, No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, A Set Of Documents (1 Copy), Which Will Consist Of: Quality Documentation Products, Documents Certifying The Authorization For Marketing And Use Of The Construction Materials Used, Acceptance Reports For Disappearing Works And Partial Acceptance Of Works; Commissioning Protocols And Necessary Permits Regarding Devices And Installations Installed Or Made During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order;7) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up After The Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out And Neighboring Properties Polluted As A Result Of The Works.4. In The Event That In The Swz Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of Materials And Devices Were Indicated In The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.5. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: The Ordering Party Does Not Plans To Divide The Order Into Parts, As Its Size Does Not Constitute An Access Barrier For Smes.
