The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Building With A Change In The Use Of Some Of The Rooms In Order To Create New Places For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age In The Municipal Nursery Maja In Inowrocław At Ul. Władysława Łokietka 12, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Dismantling: Nursery Devices And Equipment, Existing Electrical Installation; 2) Cutting Off Tiles And Plinths In Laundry Rooms, Tearing Off Rubber Floor Coverings, Tearing Off Wall Claddings Such As Wainscoting, Dismantling: Steel Ventilation Ducts, Installation Equipment, Radiator Casings , Doors, Windows With Window Sills, Balustrades, Hydrant, Sewer Risers;3) Demolition Of Partition Walls;4) Cutting A Hole In The Flat Roof And Installing A Skylight;5) Renovation Of The Electrical Installation, Including: Basic Lighting, Installation Of Plug Sockets, Fire Protection; 6) Renovation Of The Following Installations: Sewage, Cold And Hot Water, Ventilation, Central Heating (Replacement Of Cast Iron Radiators With Steel Plates); 7) Bricking Up The Closed Openings And Recesses Under The Windows; 8) Construction Of Internal Walls From Plasterboards On A Metal Grate With Filling Mineral Wool, Using Foil Vapor Barrier;9) Construction Of Lintels;10) Laying Plaster On The Walls And Ceilings And Painting Them;11) Laying Ceramic Tiles On The Walls In The Bathroom, Cleaning Room, Laundry Room, Peeling Room And Vegetable Warehouse, Food Warehouse And On The Wall In The Kitchen (Adjacent To The Food Warehouse);12) Installation Of New Floors - Floor Panels, Stoneware Tiles;13) Casing Of Radiators And Installation Of Window Sill Covers;14) Installation Of Internal And External Doors;15) Installation Of A Roof Skylight; 16) Construction Of A Balustrade For Internal Stairs;17) Equipping With Sanitary Facilities (Washbasins, Kitchen Sink, Laundry Sink, Shower Tray, Toilet Bowls);18) Reconstruction Of Existing Stairs, Balustrades And Construction Of An External R19) Construction Of A Smoke Exhaust System For The Staircase, Including Including: A. Marking The Route Of Cables And Trays Inside The Facility; B. Modernization/Expansion Of The Existing Switchboard; C. Preparation Of Areas For Storing Materials; D. Execution Of Internal Electrical Installations;E. Installation Of A Smoke Exhaust System (Control Unit, Detectors, Buttons, Connection To Door And Window Actuators); F. Carrying Out Tests And Verification Measurements; G. Restoring Damaged Walls And Ceiling To Their Original Condition; H. Cleaning Works After The Work Is Completed.
