The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion Of The Primary School In Brzóza Stadnicka To Include A Gymnasium With Sports Facilities And Kindergarten Classes, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The School Building Related To The Implementation Of The Task. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Stage I - Including At Least The Execution Of The Works Indicated Below: Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Benches And Foundation Walls With Moisture And Thermal Insulation, Construction Of An Under-Floor Sanitary Sewage System, Concrete Base For Floors, Construction Of Ground Floor Structural Walls. Construction Of Gable Walls, Roof Trusses, Roofing, Partition Walls, Installation Of Window Joinery, 2) Stage Ii - Including Minimum Execution Works Indicated Below: - Execution Of Internal Electrical Installations, Sanitary Sewage, Water Supply, Central Heating, Mechanical And Gas Ventilation, Internal Plasters, Execution Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation Of Floors, Concrete Floors, Installation Of Door Joinery, Laying Of Wall And Floor Tiles, Execution Of Floors In Sports Hall On A Double-Laminated Foundation.3) Stage Iii - Including The Execution By The Contractor Of The Entire Remaining Scope Of The Order: Reconstruction Of The Electrical Network To The Necessary Extent, Construction Of The Buildings Facade. Construction Of Connections To The Building - Water, Sewage And Gas; Construction Of An External Lighting System And A Rainwater Drainage System With Infiltration Chambers. The Settlement Of Stage Iii Will Be Made Once, After Completing The Entire Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Minimum Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is 80%. The Described Scope Of Works Does Not Introduce Any Accessibility Barriers For People Disabled And Is Designed For All Users.3.
