1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Gymnasium At The Primary School In Czółno.2. The Gymnasium Building Will Be Connected With The Existing School Building. It Is Planned To Build A Single-Space Hall With A Built-Up Area Of ​​Approximately 600 M2 With A Full-Size Volleyball Court, Locker And Sanitary Facilities, Auxiliary Rooms And A Teachers Office. The Building Will Be Equipped With Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Energy-Saving Lighting And Renewable Energy Sources. A Brick Building Of Traditional Construction With A Roof Also Of Traditional Construction. The Building Construction Technology Will Meet The Thermal Insulation Requirements Guaranteeing Energy Savings For The Building. The Gym Will Be Equipped With Safe And Functional Equipment Necessary For Physical Education Classes For Students. The Building And The Landscaping Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities And To Fire Safety Requirements. Together With The Building, A Communication System Will Be Constructed, Including Access Routes.3. Due To The Investment Co-Financing From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program, The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into 3 Stages (Stage I, Stage Ii And Stage Iii). The Detailed Scope Of Each Stage Will Be Determined At The Stage Of Acceptance Of The Material And Financial Schedule Referred To In § 7 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Value Of Each Stage Specified In § 12 Section 2 Of The Contract And The Content Of § 2 Of The Contract.5.
