The Scope Of Construction Works Will Include, Among Others: The Following Elements: 1) Construction Of A New Roof Structure, 2) Insulation Of The Roof, 3) Installation Of A Chimney Ladder, 4) Repair Of Chimneys, 5) Renovation Of The Internal Room, 6) Performance Of Internal Works Related To Changing The Functional Layout Of The Rooms, Including: Construction Of New Walls Partitions, Floors, Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Plasters And Cladding, Suspended Cassette Ceilings, As Well As Ventilation And Installation Of New Internal Doors,7) Renovation Of Stairs To The Stage,8) Manufacture And Installation Of An Illuminated Sign On The Façade,9) Installation Of Elements Small Architecture,10) Construction Of A Fence,11) Construction Of A Band And Communication Routes Around The Building,12) Planting Of Ornamental Plants.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Construction Design (Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industries) - Annex No. 1A, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industries) - Annex No. 1B And In The Bill Of Quantities (Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industries) - Annex No. 1C4. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Construction Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz And Stwiore Constituting Annex No. 1B To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Construction Documentation Or Stwiore Constituting Annex No. 1A And 1B To Swz.5 . The Contractor Will Each Time Agree With The Ordering Party The Colors, Shape, Form And Type Of Elements And Building Materials Affecting The Image And Aesthetics Of The Construction Works Performed And The Final Appearance Of The Renovated Building.6. Before Purchasing And Installing General Lighting Fixtures, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Digital Analysis Of The Lighting Intensity Distribution In Each Modernized Room To The Ordering Party And The Designated Supervision Inspector For Approval.7.
