Construction Of An External Elevator And Renovation Of The Building Of The Kodeń Commune Office And The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Kodeń. Construction Of An External Vertical Elevator With A Vestibule And External Stairs With Dimensions Of 1.83 X 7.09 M. The Elevator Is Directly Next To The Western Front Wall Of The Existing Building Of The Kodeń Commune Office. The Elevator Shaft Was Designed With A 24 Cm Thick Reinforced Concrete Wall, Insulated With 15 Cm Thick Mineral Wool. The Roof Structure Was Designed From Wood. Roof Covering Made Of Flat Sheet Metal. As Part Of The Investment, Next To The Existing Building, Removal Of Existing External Stairs. Platform Dimensions 146 X 117Cm With A Control Panel. The Platform Floor Is Lined With Gray Rubber. The Platform Will Be Equipped With An Illuminated Control Panel And Aluminum Landing Doors With Glass. Windows Illuminating The Elevator Shaft And Vestibule. The Colors Of The Designed External Elevator - Browns And Grays. The Renovation Consists Of The Following Renovation Works: Works: Architectural: − Renovation Of The Facade With Insulation Of The Building, Including New Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of The Building Plinth; − Replacement Of Window Joinery And Part Of The Door Joinery; − Removal Of External Wooden Stairs (Descent To The Basement) And Construction Of New Ones Made Of Concrete Blocks; − Liquidation Thresholds In The Building; − Replacement Of Floors In The Communication Part Of The Building; − Replacement Of Cladding And Balustrades On Existing Stairs; − Painting Of Rooms; − Replacement Of Existing Partition Walls With New Ones Made Of Plasterboard Filled With Mineral Wool; − Renovation Of Bathrooms – Replacement Of Floors And Wall Coverings , Partition Walls. − Renovation Of The Basement - Separate Entrances To The Basement With A Wall And Door, Installation Of Floors In Some Rooms, Painting, Cladding And Replacement Of Balustrades On Existing Stairs, Replacement Of Window Frames, Replacement Of External Door Frames And Parts Of Internal Door Frames. − Replacement Of Roofing. Roof Including The Replacement Of The Roof Structure And The Implementation Of New Insulation Of The Flat Roof. Works This Year. Sanitary: − Replacement Of Radiators; − Installation Of Air Conditioning In The Building; − Reconstruction Of The Installation Due To The Replacement Of Partition Walls And General Renovation Of Bathrooms; − Installation Of Additional Fans In Sanitary Rooms.
