1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Kindergarten And Childrens Club In Lubcin Through The Purchase And Installation Of Movable Equipment. The Subject Of The Investment Is Administratively Located In The Nowa Sól Commune, Nowa Sól Poviat, Lubusz Voivodeship.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Teaching Equipment, Teaching Aids And Furniture As Well As Other Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Newly Built Facility, I.E. A Kindergarten And A Childrens Club In Lubcin. A Detailed List Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Explains That The List Of Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Described In 10 Tables And Grouped According To The Rooms Located In The Facility. The Assortment Is Often Duplicated In Individual Files. In Order To Calculate The Value Of The Subject Of The Order, The Assortment Included In All 10 Tables Should Be Estimated And The Total Value Of The Task Should Be Transferred To The Offer Form. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Completed Annex 8 To The Swz To Be Attached To The Offer. The Selected Contractor Will Be Required To Provide Completed Tables At The Stage Of Signing The Contract.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Equipment Has Valid Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Quality Certificates And Approvals And Other Documents Confirming That They Meet All Standards And Requirements Provided For By Law.4. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of A Brand New One, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery (Excluding Use Necessary To Test Proper Operation), Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Undamaged, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Ensuring In Particular, The Implementation Of Warranty Rights For Furniture And Catering Equipment And Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Together With Their Transport, Delivery And Assembly In The Indicated Place By The Ordering Party, B) Providing Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, Including Certificates, Certificates, Etc., C) Providing Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer Along With The Order, D) Cleaning The Rooms After Assembly And Arrangement And Installation Of Furniture And Equipment.5. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Installation By The Contractor Of A Board Informing About The Granted Funding, With The Content Agreed With The Ordering Party.
