Will Implement The System In The Following Functional Areas And Workflows: A) Dedicated Register And Circulation Of Incoming Correspondence, B) Dedicated Register And Circulation Of Outgoing Correspondence, C) Dedicated Register And Circulation Of Internal Correspondence, D) Case Files And Jrwa, E) Dedicated Register And Circulation 4 Different Invoice Circulation Processes, F) Invoice Ocr Module, G) Dedicated Contract Register, H) Online Document Editing, I) Meeting Schedule, J) Resource Reservation Module. B. Will Integrate The System (Seod) With The Following Systems Owned Or Used By The Ordering Party: A. Infomedica, Manufactured By Asseco Poland S.A. Sa, B. Active Directory, C. E-Puap, D. Electronic Invoicing Platform, E. National E-Invoice System. Scanner And E-Mail Address Of The Ordering Party. Certumc Qualified Electronic Signature. Will Grant The Ordering Party The Licenses Necessary For The Uninterrupted Operation Of The System For Electronic Document Circulation And Business Process Automation (Seod), Under The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, D. Will Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The System For Electronic Document Circulation And Business Process Automation (Seod) For A Total Of 12 Hours Of Basic On-Site Training And 8 Hours Of Remote Refresher Training.E. Will Provide Startup Support Services In The Form Of 1-Day Startup Assistance On The Day Of Production Launch Of The First Module And By Providing Remote Technical Assistance Of A Dedicated Consultant Within 1 Month From Signing The System Acceptance Protocolf. Will Provide Warranty Services And Technical Assistance Within 24 Months From The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party, 3.
