Expression of Interest are invited for KAS Core Platform Operation, Support and Marketing Service Provider (1st Extension) Under, Sub-Component 2.2. Technology and Enterprise for Rural Value Chains, the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of Ministry of Economy and Finance is seeking to hire a service provider to operate and manage the public relationships of the newly developed digital platform namely KAS core platform with all relevant stakeholders, which is not limited to agricultural value chain actors. The successful firm is required to set aside fund for promoting and boosting KAS core platform through social networks (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Influencers), product/app boosting & promotions (promo codes which could be linked to delivery sendee by RAKSA, Grab or Food Panda), and multimedia advertisements. It is expected that the KAS core platform and its engaged applications will reach out to 15,000 active users (active users are people who routinely login, comment, post, buy, or sell on any of the applications under the arm of the KAS core platform apps at least one time per 3 months) during the life of the project implementation.
