Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Feasibility Assessment for the Development of an Agricultural Value Chain Finance Product to Support Smallholder Coffee Farmers Consultancy Objective: The objective is to work with Kofi and some (pre-selected) MFI banking partners in Cambodia to identity: The current situation of access to finance among coffee farmers. Suitable financial products to meet the (seasonal, upfront costs) needs of smallholder coffee farmers, with a focus on credit, but also including a review of insurance, including crop insurance, and social safety nets. Agricultural value chain finance structures, including tri-partite arrangements, to deliver these credit products to smallholder farmers and the roles and responsibilities of different actors in managing the portfolio and the debt.
