Council (The Principal) Is Seeking Tenders From Appropriately Qualified And Experienced Tenderers For The Construction Of The Casino Swimming Pool Clubhouse Upgrade. Scope Include And Not Limited To:•Demolition Of Current Structure•Construction Of New Facility As Per Plans Provided •Council Will Issue A Construction Certificate, Approvals And Pca Duties Will Be Managed By Council•The Tenderer Is To Prepare A Safety Management Plan. This Plan Will Contain References To The Risk Management•Works Are To Be Completed And The Facility Building Operational By 25 February 2025.Please Refer To Attachments (See Appendices 1-7) For Full Set Of Drawings For Complete Scope Of Works.
