Holbæk Municipality Offers Building And Construction Tasks For A New Dental Clinic, Which Must Be Designed And Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract. The Tender Conditions Contain The Formal Conditions For Carrying Out The Tender Process. It Is Therefore Important That Applicants Familiarize Themselves Thoroughly With This Document. The Tendered Task Consists Of The Following, Overall Elements: 1. Design And Construction Of A Building For Clinic Purposes (Referred To As The Building Contract). 2. Planning And Installation Of Dental Equipment In The Building (Referred To As The Dental Contract). 3. Provision Of A Temporary Heating Solution In The Dental Clinic. 4. A Four-Year Service Agreement On Dental Equipment (Option). The Construction Is Described In More Detail In The Building Program And The Other Tender Materials. Since The Dental Contract Is An Integral Part Of The Building Contract, It Is Crucial For Holbæk Municipality That The Two Sub-Tasks Are Tendered, Planned And Carried Out Together. The Tender Process Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With §§ 61 – 66 Of The Tender Act. The Contract Is Awarded To The Tenderer Who Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer On The Basis Of The Award Criterion Best Ratio Between Price And Quality, As The Price For The Building Contract And The Dental Contract Is However Determined In Advance. These Two Subtasks Are Thus Offered In Reverse Tendering With A Total Contract Sum Of Dkk 56 Million. Dkk + Vat.
