The Rehabilitation Center Of The Central Uusimaa Welfare Area Operates At The Hospital. Of The Approximately 15,000 Square Meters Of The Hospital Building, Approximately 10,500 Square Meters Are Currently In Use. In Addition, The Property Includes Separate Residential Buildings, Of Which One Low-Rise Building (8 Apartments) Is Regularly Used. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Portable Thermal Container, Which Is Used To Produce The Heat Needed By The Hospital Property. The Size Of The Plant To Be Acquired As A Service Must Be 0.7 - 1 Mw. The Thermal Container Must Be Compatible With The Building Automation System Currently Used By The Hospital (Honeywell Trendi). As Indicative Information, The Targets Heat Consumption In The Hospital Property Is Approximately 2,800 Mwh, And The Annual Costs With Oil Heating Total Approximately 400,000 Euros/Year. The Contract Period Is Five (5) Years. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Contract With A Five (5) Year Option Period Under The Terms Of The Contract.
