The Classroom Internal Refurbishment Will Comprise Of New Acoustic Ceiling Tiles, Installation Of New Led Lighting And Floor Finishes Renewal. The Teaching Spaces Will Also Have Old Whiteboards Replaced With New Ones And Include The Installation Of New Teachers Cupboards And Will Have Old Pinboard Wall Linings Replaced With Composition Board. The Modernisation Of The Block Also Comprises The Installation Of New Internal Doors Between Classrooms And Some Exterior Landscaping Modifications To Provide Clearance Between Gardens And Exterior Cladding. Some Work Components Incorporated Within This Contract Will Have Specific Funding Streams. These Require Separate Pricing Within Tender Submissions To Allow Detailed Cost Allocation.
