Bids Are Invited For Rfqc 24-190-A - Founders Park Construction Manager At Risk

Founders Park Is An Approximately 24-Acre Park Located In The Heart Of Historic, Downtown Roswell. The Park Consists Of Five Distinct Historic Sites: Bulloch Hall, Mimosa Hall, Holly Hill, Roswell Town Square, And Barrington Hall. The Four Historic Home Sites Are Associated With The Original Founders Of Roswell And Are Integral To The History Of The City. The Park Is Comprised Of Three Non-Contiguous Areas. The Primary Area Contains Bulloch Hall, Mimosa Hall, And Holly Hill. Roswell Town Square And Barrington Hall Are Separated From The Primary Area By Mimosa Boulevard And Marietta Highway/Sr-120, Respectively. Additionally, Atlanta Street/Sr-9 Runs North-South Along The Eastern Edges Of Barrington Hall And Town Square. This Park Will Provide Several Resources To City Residents And Visitors Alike, Including Passive Recreation Open Greenspace, Heritage Tourism Sites, And Special Event Venues. The City Also Intends To Use The Park For Large Events And Festivals.This Is A Qualification-Based Procurement Process. The Purpose Of This Rfqc Is To Seek Statements Of Qualifications From Highly Qualified Contractors To Provide All Personnel, Materials, Equipment, Labor And Services Necessary To Perform Construction Management At Risk (¿Cm At Risk¿) Services For The Founders Park Project, As More Fully Described In Section 3 Of This Rfqc. Firms Submitting Responses Shall Follow The Process Described Herein. The City Intends To Enter Into A Contract With The Successful Respondent To Complete The Project In Accordance With The Terms, Conditions, And Specifications Contained In This Rfqc.
